2025 Montana’s Brier in Kelowna ticket package sales soaring
It’s less than three months until the opening rocks are thrown at the 2025 Montana’s Brier, presented by AGI, at Prospera Place in Kelowna, and it’s safe to say fans are excited to bring curling’s most famous national men’s championship back to the Okanagan Valley for the first time since 1968.
The 2025 Montana’s Brier is scheduled for Feb. 28-March 9 at Prospera Place in Kelowna, and already more than 1,100 Full-Event packages and 2,900 Championship Weekend packages have been sold. As a result, these two packages are no longer available for sale.
But don’t despair — there are still PLENTY of ways for you to get in on the Montana’s Brier fun, not to mention the party in the Original 16 Patch located at the Delta Grand Okanagan Resort just across the street from Prospera Place.
There is still a limited number of single-draw tickets available for playoff games, including the semifinal and gold-medal games. Tickets for these individual draws range from $35 up to $70, while supplies last.
And, hey, if your plans don’t include the Championship weekend, we have many other options (they’d be great stocking stuffers!) available for you, including the following:
Opening Weekend Package ($120-$138) — A single ticket to all draws from Friday, Feb. 28, to Sunday, March 2.
Weekday Package ($72-$78) — A single ticket to all three draws on either Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday (March 3, 4, 5, or 6).
As well, single-draw tickets for preliminary round Draws 1 through 18, start at $20.25, up to $47.50 depending on the draw and seat selection. Youth tickets range are $5 or $10 for all draws. Curling Canada is committed to providing affordable options so the entire family can enjoy this world-class event. Watch for more family-friendly promotions in the weeks leading up to the Montana’s Brier.
All tickets are subject to standard facility and ticket service fees, and are available online at curling.ca/tickets and in-person at the Prospera Place box office during regular business hours. Phone inquiries can be made by calling the box office at 250-762-5050 or by emailing [email protected].
The allure and natural beauty of the Okanagan region have resulted in strong ticket sales from outside of Kelowna. According to Prospera Place box office ticket data, 30 per cent of the combined full event and Championship Weekend orders are from outside of B.C. It should be a great week for Kelowna hotels and restaurants!
Among the confirmed teams is the reigning champion Team Canada, led by Brad Gushue from St. John’s, N.L., who will be pursuing a fourth consecutive national championship. Team Gushue will be joined by three other pre-qualified teams: Team Brad Jacobs from Calgary, Team Mike McEwen from Saskatoon, and Team Matt Dunstone from Winnipeg. These teams earned their spots through their impressive performances last season and qualified via points from the 2023-24 Canadian Team Ranking System.
Team Gushue will be featured on the opening Saturday night against the host team from B.C., which will then be back in action Sunday afternoon against Team Dunstone to cap the opening weekend..
